What we did with them....
After our apple picking adventure, we had to do something with them. I found a recipe for apple pie filling you can freeze, and it is pretty delicious! This is on our second attempt. The first time, Tim was cooking unsupervised and put 2 TABLESPOONS of cinnamon in it instead of teaspoons. It just didn't work.
I haven't gotten around to the actual pies yet, but I'm looking forward to that too!

I completely understand what it's like to leave Tim unsupervised at the stove! The pie filling looks "yum" though!!!!
Ut, Oh ... if i've learned anything its to never leave husbands unsupervised in the Kitchen :) But the apples look yummy yummy ... i may need the recipe!
