We found out on August 28th that Grandpa Alma Gordon Larsen passed away the previous night. Though it was difficult news, we felt so blessed he was able to meet and spend time with both Ty and Lucy. Grandpa Gordon was special to us because we named Ty Gordon after him. Tim's always looked up to him both spiritually and professionally, and I always liked visiting him because he made me feel special. Because I am left handed, I had a reserved spot next to him at the dinner table.
A few weeks before he got sick, I took these pictures of the kids playing with the Lincoln Logs Grandpa Gordon made for his grandkids and passed on to Ty and Lucy. I had posted a few on Instagram, so I hope Grandpa was able to see and enjoy them before he died.
