I don't know why, but Ty cannot take a picture with Lucy without touching her face.
Just a quick update because Lucy is growing and changing so
much! She is just getting so chunky, especially her chubby thighs and cute little “bunny cheeks.” She loves bath
time. We give her a bath in her little
baby tub almost every night, often just to rinse and play because she loves it.
She is also an amazing sleeper. She’s gone about an entire week straight
sleeping eight hours or so. Mommy is so grateful!
Lucy is a little bit spoiled in that she prefers to be held.
She gets a lot of attention at church because everyone wants to hold her. This
has resulted in her spitting up on a lot of different people. Other than
wanting to be held a lot, she is a great baby. Lucy is also getting very good
at grabbing and touching things. She likes to hold her toys that have the
crinkly sound inside the fabric, and she likes ones that rattle.
She is still so smiley and has big dark eyes. Right now,
they are dark blue, but I expect them to change color eventually. She loves for
you to smile and talk right to her face, and she is starting to “talk” back by
making sounds as if she were being very serious.
